Time to Talk

If you could go back in time and have a long lunch with anyone at any point in history, who would you choose to hang out with? Why them?

No matter which person from the past you chose as your lunch date, it’s important to recognize whom is here now that you could, and should, have lunch with. The book, Never Eat Alone, makes the case that we should connect with people in person when possible.

I’m trying to do this more myself. That’s one of the reasons I restarted my goal-setting group, so I would be forced to get out and meet more people. (By the way we meet in San Diego this week. See details below.)

Also, depending on the person you wanted to meet, you can also have virtual mentors and get to know famous and influential people by watching interviews with them on YouTube, or by studying them on Wikipedia.
