According to consumer reports, what irks people the most about companies and their customer “service” are (in order):
1. Not being able to reach a real person on the phone.
2. Receiving and/or discovering damaged goods after opening the box.
3. Having to click through ads on a company’s website before being able to find information.
I couldn’t agree more with the poll and have had to handle all three issues listed in the past couple of weeks. On the other hand, I had a problem with Southwest Airlines and they made it right right away which is why they usually are at the top of the JD Power rankings. I also find Amazon makes it easy to buy and also return items.
